It begins being born into a family of builders. Because of that, this industry has been a staple in my diet from birth. I've taken those roots and built upon them to become one of Windermere Real Estate's top producing agents. She understands the dynamics of moving, its inherent challenges on a family, and the way to anticipate and reduce the stress of selling your homes or investment properties. Associate Broker
Cherie Lang studied a curriculum of real estate law and brokerage administrative procedures, passed various examinations and met residential experience and sales requirements to qualify as an Associate Broker. She can guide you through the regulatory process of real estate so that you navigate safety and surely through the process.
Certified Residential Specialist
CRS is the highest designation awarded to residential sales associates. This designation recognizes professional accomplishments in the education and experience of those few agents (less than five percent) who meet its stringent requirements.
Accredited Buyers Agent
The Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR) designation is the benchmark of excellence in buyer representation. This coveted award is bestowed by Real Estate Buyer's Agent council (REBAC) of the National Association of Realtors to those agents who meet specified education and practical experience criteria.
Accredited Staging Professional
An Accredited Staging Professional (ASP) is a professional who has completed a rigorous training program that teaches specific techniques and concepts in home presentation and staging. This includes classroom instruction and actual hands on staging in a real home on the market for sale.
Luxury Home Marketing Specialist
Cherie has completed both classes and sales criteria for receiving the designation of Luxury Home Specialist. This involves training in luxury home marketing by the institute and awards an international designation to agents who meet performance standards in the upper tier market.

Shannon holds her degree in Business Communication. Shannon has been with me for several years. She serves you in the capacity of Transaction Coordinator. Once your home is sold Natalie passes the baton to Shannon who then co-ordinates the selling paperwork, arranges appointments for inspectors and appraisers, keeps tabs on financing, escrow and all of the closing details and deadlines. Shannon also has her license, which enables our team to show properties around other's schedules.
